Our community has established three Our community has set up three centers for the education and care of children in Brazil: Cantinho de Sol in Curitiba/Paraná, Marabá in Londrina/Paraná and Raio de Sol in Atibaia/São Paulo. A total of 467 children between the ages of zero and four, who come from low-income families and are often characterized by social vulnerability, are currently being cared for there. Many of these children do not have enough to eat at home, many have no energy to play or dream, and many have no families to support them on their journey in life.

Background information

Millions of children in Brazil still live in poverty. Therefore, we make the effort, as far as we are able, to give them the chance of a good present, in order to take an important step towards the future.
The continued existence of these Children’s Educational Centers depends on the support of the city government, which is considerable but not enough to provide the children with everything they need.
